Printing a Lot Tracing Inquiry

After selecting Print , the following message line will be displayed :

• Include customer address and phone number on report No/ Yes
  • Select No to print the report without the customer address and phone number
  • Select Yes to include the customer address and phone number
• Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options. See Printing for more information on the Lot Tracing Report.

The report will include the following information for the lots selected:

• Lot Number - the source lot number for the lot selected and any other lots associated to the source lot
• Date - The date the lot was created
• Time - The time the lot was created
• Shipped - The total quantity shipped and unit of measure for the sales order shipped from the lot selected. If the sales order came from multiple lots , each lot will be listed
• Date - The date the sales order was shipped
• Time - The time the sales order was shipped
• Order - The sales order number
• Customer - The customer id, customer name and customer address and phone number if the user selected yes to include the customer address and phone number
• Customer PO - The customer purchase order number for the sales order
