Expanded Charges Inventory

The Expanded Charges Inventory Inquiry allows you to view your current inventory by Department and compare your current On Hand amount less any inventory that is on a Sales Order or Purchase Order.

When you first enter the Inventory Inquiry option a Select An Department window will appear, allowing you to choose a Department.

The following fields will display in the inquiry:

Header Information:

• Item - 8 digit Item Code
• Other - Description of Item
• Unit - Unit of Measure the Item is stocked
• On Hand - Current amount of inventory
• On SO - Amount committed on Sales Orders
• On PO - Amount committed on Purchase Orders
• Available - Amount available after commitments
